  • Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, most pet products (including food, treats, toys, clothing, and personal care items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

  • This ensures the safety of all pets and maintains the integrity of our products.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will make it right if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.

  • Your order is incomplete or incorrect.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Offer an exchange for the same item, or

  • Provide store credit or another suitable solution.


Exceptions (Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund)

  • Pet food, treats, and other consumables.

  • Hygiene-related products such as toys, beds, grooming supplies, and clothing.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products.


Exchanges

In rare cases, an exchange may be approved for defective or damaged products.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Refunds

  • Refunds are not available except in cases where a defective or incorrect item cannot be replaced or exchanged.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
